In the shadowy underbelly of London, a hidden world of feline organized crime syndicates operates beneath the noses of unsuspecting humans. At the forefront of this clandestine realm stands The Shadow Pawlers, a syndicate renowned for its toughness, cunning, and unmatched ability to operate in the city's forgotten corners. Their domain spans the grim, transitioning landscape of the London Docklands, where old industrial decay meets the nascent glimmers of redevelopment, offering ample opportunities for illicit ventures.

The Shadow Pawlers are not alone in this underworld. They contend with rival syndicates, most notably The Italians, an all-orange cat syndicate. 

Opposing these criminal factions is The Alley Patrol, a dedicated police organization of cats.
